Terms of Service

1. The platform

Kikoba ("the Platform") is a marketplace that connects buyers, sellers and affiliates of digital products in Tanzania. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Buyer obligations

When you buy a product you agree to provide accurate checkout details, complete payment through your chosen mobile money provider, and use purchased products only for lawful purposes in line with the licence granted by the seller.

3. Seller obligations

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and quality of the content they list. You warrant that you own or have the rights to everything you upload, that your product descriptions are accurate, and that your products do not infringe the rights of any third party.

4. Fees and pricing

All prices are displayed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). Kikoba charges a service fee on each completed sale, deducted before earnings are credited to your balance. Current rates are shown in your seller dashboard.

5. Payouts and withdrawals

Sellers and affiliates can withdraw earnings to their mobile money wallet. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes shown at checkout of your payout request and may be subject to a small transfer fee charged by the mobile money provider.

6. Digital delivery and downloads

Products are delivered digitally by email as soon as payment is confirmed. Overdue download windows and re-download requests are handled by the seller. Kikoba is not liable for files lost or damaged by the buyer.

7. Disputes and refunds

If the product you received is not as described, contact our support team within 14 days. You may be eligible for a refund managed by the Kikoba dispute process.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Platform to list illegal content, scam buyers, circumvent fees, abuse the affiliate system, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use of Kikoba after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
